Damaged
Merchandise
We lovingly
package each shipment so that it arrives in pristine condition for you
and your ears listening pleasure. However, items do get damaged during
transit. Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of
receipt. Please use our support
contact providing your name, order # and address for quickest response
times. Typical response times are within 24 hours Monday through Friday.
Refund Policy
Orders may be
returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee shipping and handling
within 30 days of order date. Customer is responsible for return
shipment, including price and ensuring merchandise is properly packaged against damaged. Damaged merchandise can not be
returned for a refund, only exchanges.
